We really enjoyed the apartment. It was an oasis for us, perfect for a couple and a teenager. The owner was cordial, and the accommodations comfortable and in a great location. We really felt lucky to be able to “live” in Venice for a week.

I wanted to thank you and Patrizia for the months of help that you gave me. I would love to have the opportunity to plan another stay in one of your apartments sometime. My daughter will hopefully be studying in Florence next fall, so who knows…

The water taxis were there as promised and your representative graciously waited for our arrival. The Giustinian is a beautiful home and it helped to make our trip very special. I just wanted to let you know that our stay in Venice this past week was fabulous. The apartment more than met our expectations. The location was perfect, the apartment was beautiful, clean and very enjoyable. The pictures on your website do not do it justice. I was amazed that all three bathrooms were marble, the kitchen and kitchen floors were also marble.

The apartment was very comfortable. We felt like we were home. The owner was most accomodating. We had maid service two days for two hours each time.

The transportation to and from the airport ran so smoothely. Everyone was punctual and waiting for us. Our flight was 3 hours delayed, but upon arrival we were met by the driver who took us to the quayside for the boat. Massimo was waiting for us.

Once again, our week in Venice was perfect. We will have so many pleasant memories to last a lifetime.

Just a quick update to let you know how pleased we were with v65 last week. The water taxi on arrival and departure was on time, perfectly maintained and clearly the obvious way to and from Marco Polo. The apartment was very nice - as nice as our home, which is what we were looking for. Your representative who met us upon arrival and departure was pleasant and thoughtful, and the housekeeper was a nice addition and clearly interested in serving both the owner and the guest. Perfect in every way.

To say that our flat in Venice was everything I had hoped for would just be simply an understatement. I have been all over the world and have stayed in luxury hotels, wonderful villas, lavish flats and peaceful resorts but none have given me as much joy as Palazzo Giustinian. When we came over the Accademia Bridge I could hardly believe my eyes. I had passed the building many times in the past wondering what fortunate people must live in that wonderful place. And for one glorious week it was me. Every time I went over our bridge I was amazed. Thank you with my whole heart.

I would like to tell you how much I enjoyed staying at the apartment in Venice. Not only was it very comfortable but the quality of the furnishings was particularly high, and the owner had obviously gone to a lot of trouble to provide lavish floral decoration for our arrival. It certainly greatly enhanced our visit to Venice, and I can thoroughly recommend it to the most discerning traveller.
