The apartment has a spacious and airy sitting room with comfortable sofas - a relaxing and sunny room with extensive windows. There are three bedrooms, all with en suite marble bathrooms (two with jacuzzi bath, one with shower only). The master bedroom has a "king king size" bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a single lit bateau. The double bed in the second bedroom can, if requested in advance, be made up as twin beds. The small kitchen is fully equipped, off which is a small terrace which is cool rather than sunny. This apartment is in a superb location being in a pivotal position between San Marco and Dorsoduro. The air conditioning system (when required) is super efficient and integral throughout the apartment. Maid service is included. Our comment: a really perfect apartment in exquisite "European" style.
