Giustinian San Marco An exquisite and luxurious first floor apartment with partial canal views onto the Grand Canal, the Accademia Bridge and the Palazzo Franchetti gardens, this apartment is perfect for anyone wanting the highest level of comfort, style and convenience. The apartment has a spacious and airy sitting room with comfortable sofas - a relaxing and sunny room with extensive windows. There are three bedrooms, all with en suite marble bathrooms (two with jacuzzi bath, one with shower only). The master bedroom has a "king king size" bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a single lit bateau. The double bed in the second bedroom can, if requested in advance, be made up as twin beds. The small kitchen is fully equipped, off which is a small terrace which is cool rather than sunny. This apartment is in a superb location being in a pivotal position between San Marco and Dorsoduro. The air conditioning system (when required) is super efficient and integral throughout the apartment. Maid service is included. Our comment: a really perfect apartment in exquisite "European" style.
